Qualifications:
- Master's degree in International Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-sectoral aid programs in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international aid frameworks, and donor funding mechanisms (e.g., USAID, ECHO, UN).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with M&E frameworks and results-based management.
