- Master's degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or humanitarian sector, with a significant portion focused on international initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and scaling complex humanitarian programs.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and advocacy.
- Strong understanding of M&E methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote setting with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely from **Kisumu, Kisumu, KE** or any other approved location in Kenya.
