Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance and performance.

- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies and achieving significant cost savings.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in global sourcing and managing international suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead procurement initiatives in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Experience in managing indirect spend categories is a plus.
