  • Mentor and guide junior process engineers, fostering their technical and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare technical reports, design documents, and project proposals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. PhD is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in process design, development, and optimization within the chemical industry.
  • Proven expertise in process simulation and modeling software.
  • In-depth understanding of chemical thermodynamics, kinetics, fluid dynamics, and mass transfer.
  • Experience with various unit operations (e.g., distillation, reaction engineering, separation processes).
  • Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and HAZOP studies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in (specific industry sectors, e.g., petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals) is highly desirable.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
