The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering, with a strong emphasis on high-voltage equipment and grid integration, is required. Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and simulation tools is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills are a must. - Developing detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control logic for power distribution and protection systems.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and site personnel, to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Specifying electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, generators, and cabling, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues during the design, commissioning, and operational phases.
- Preparing technical reports, design documentation, and project proposals.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
