- Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis within a professional sports environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- In-depth understanding of physiological principles, biomechanics, and training methodologies in sports.
- Familiarity with various sports performance tracking technologies (e.g., GPS, heart rate monitors, motion capture).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
