Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee their remote-first cleaning and sanitation service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing a dispersed team of cleaning professionals, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining stringent health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of operational management within the cleaning and sanitation industry. - Oversee resource allocation, including supplies, equipment, and staffing, to meet service demands.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.

- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Utilize technology platforms for scheduling, dispatching, communication, and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular site assessments and audits (remotely or through designated personnel) to ensure compliance and quality.
- Lead training initiatives for new and existing staff on best practices, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation best practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and implement innovative solutions.
- Experience with quality assurance programs is a significant advantage.
