Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network design, architecture, and engineering within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, high-availability networks.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SDN, NFV, and other routing/switching protocols.
- Experience with wireless technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE) and optical networking is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a remote setting.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are a strong asset.
