Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design of robotic systems, including manipulators, end-effectors, and integrated chassis.

- Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and kinematic simulations using FEA and other simulation tools.

- Manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design, with a significant portion focused on robotics or complex electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA) and PDM systems.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanisms, kinematics, dynamics, and material science.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding).
- Experience with sensors, actuators, and control systems in a robotics context is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
