- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance underwriting, with a strong track record in a specific line of business.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, risk management, and actuarial concepts.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and related systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
