  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
