You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to month-end and year-end close processes. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to their professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
