- Manage and optimize complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings, ensuring all participants have necessary information and access.

- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and prioritize communications (emails, calls), acting as a gatekeeper when necessary.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiencies to support remote operations.

- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating virtual meetings.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapted for remote professional interaction.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet) or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems is a plus.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful attitude.
- A dedicated, quiet home office space with reliable high-speed internet is mandatory.
