Responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office from a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring optimal time utilization.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
