Our client is seeking a highly creative and exceptionally organized Senior Event Coordinator to manage virtual and hybrid events. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to plan and execute impactful experiences from your home office. You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, including conceptualization, vendor management, logistics, promotion, and on-site (or virtual) execution oversight. The ideal candidate has a flair for innovation, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver seamless events that meet client objectives and engage target audiences. Experience with various virtual event platforms and strong digital marketing skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events, including conferences, webinars, product launches, and corporate functions.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including technology providers, speakers, and creative agencies.
- Develop event timelines and critical path documents, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Oversee the selection and utilization of virtual event platforms, ensuring a smooth and engaging attendee experience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotion strategies for events.
- Coordinate speaker engagement, content delivery, and virtual networking opportunities.
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collect and analyze event feedback, preparing post-event reports with key metrics and insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in event technology and virtual event best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong focus on virtual and hybrid events.
- Proven ability to manage complex event logistics and budgets.
- Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo, Cvent) and event management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
