- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant certifications in environmental health or sanitation are a plus.
