Responsibilities:

- Manage courses within a Learning Management System (LMS).

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design.
- Manage multiple curriculum development projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide guidance and feedback to instructional designers and other team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum development processes.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with a strong focus on online/e-learning environments.
- Proven expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio of developed online courses or curriculum materials is required.
