- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
