  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and incentive plan design.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration, including health, retirement, and ancillary benefits.
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
