Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and administer competitive and equitable compensation structures, including salary ranges, job grading, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of total rewards offerings.
  • Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Oversee the annual open enrollment process for benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, FLSA).
  • Administer HRIS/payroll systems related to compensation and benefits data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of compensation methodologies, job evaluation, and market pricing.
  • In-depth knowledge of various employee benefits programs and administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
