- Prepare technical proposals and participate in client meetings.
- Stay current with advancements in structural engineering software, materials, and design methodologies.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned structural engineering tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes (e.g., IBC, ASCE) and material design standards (e.g., ACI, AISC).
- Proven ability to manage complex structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with seismic design and analysis is a plus.
