- Excellent active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and crisis intervention capabilities.
- Proficiency in case management software and general office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong advocacy skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
- Experience in Community & Social Care is highly valued.
