This role will be fully remote, requiring a proactive individual capable of driving brand initiatives and market penetration from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance market share, build brand equity, and drive consumer engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on premium food and beverage products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands, achieving significant market share and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer insights, market research, and strategic brand planning.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
- Excellent analytical, financial acumen, and P&L management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
