Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. - Lead the development of new product launches and revitalization strategies for existing product lines.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies and partners to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the brand team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that have driven significant business growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer insights generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media engagement strategies is advantageous.
