Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of key banking departments, including account opening, transaction processing, loan servicing, and customer support.

- Manage vendor relationships related to operational services.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives for the operations department.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all customer data and financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, FRM) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least 4 years in a management or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CBK regulations).
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational risk management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills, particularly for remote teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in core banking systems and relevant financial software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes.
- Experience with digital banking technologies and trends is a plus.
