- Proven experience in developing and implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and accident/incident investigation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects effectively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Relevant aviation safety certifications (e.g., IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations - ISAGO).
