Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic software and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budget management, and cost control.
- Ability to resolve complex technical and customer service issues effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Automotive technical certifications or ASE certifications are highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
