- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during development and production phases.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in automotive mechanical design.
- Proficiency in advanced 3D CAD software and associated PDM/PLM systems.
- Strong experience with FEA tools for mechanical simulation.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts.
