- Source and vet high-quality local partners and suppliers, ensuring compliance with our client's stringent safety and operational protocols.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all assigned tours and expeditions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans for all activities, ensuring compliance with international adventure tourism standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and travel period.
- Generate detailed pre-trip information packets and post-trip feedback forms for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional content and materials for new tour packages.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new destinations, and emerging adventure activities to ensure our offerings remain innovative and competitive.
