Our client, a leading fashion and lifestyle retailer, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee their branch in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia . This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of retail associates, managing inventory levels, overseeing visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
