  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide candidates with information about roles, companies, and the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing updates on recruitment progress and offering strategic advice.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably within a recruitment consultancy.
  • Proven experience with various sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and meet demanding deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of different industries and job roles.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and standard office software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with candidates and clients.
