This position is fully remote, enabling you to work effectively from your chosen location while partnering with leaders across various international sites. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on all people-related matters, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience supporting global or multi-national organizations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations across various regions.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote setting.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a remote, fast-paced environment.
