Our client is searching for a dynamic and strategic Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support their global operations. This position is fully remote, enabling you to work effectively from your chosen location while partnering with leaders across various international sites. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on all people-related matters, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires exceptional consulting skills, a deep understanding of global HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues in a dispersed team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and succession planning.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Drive organizational design and development initiatives to enhance efficiency and agility.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws across different jurisdictions.
  • Facilitate change management processes and support employees through organizational transitions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and engaging company culture, even in a remote environment.
  • Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and employment trends globally.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to managers and employees.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs to build leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-national organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations across various regions.
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote setting.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI SPHR) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with local labor laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Advise on and support restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions from an HR perspective.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess workforce needs, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on HR best practices and employee matters.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR systems and processes across the organization.
  • Manage HR budgets and resource allocation for assigned business units.
  • Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends globally.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-national organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
  • Experience in change management, organizational design, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote, international environment.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are highly desirable.
