Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve ticket sales/event attendance goals.
- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), creating compelling content and engaging with followers.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve website visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce engaging digital assets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the Arts & Entertainment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
- Creative thinking and a passion for the arts and entertainment industry.
- Must be legally eligible to work remotely within Kenya.
