  • Lead fundraising efforts, including proposal development and grant writing.
  • Prepare comprehensive program reports for donors, headquarters, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and effective team environment, providing guidance and support to program staff.
  • Represent the organization at relevant forums, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management within the international development or humanitarian aid sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of grant management cycles, including proposal development and donor reporting (e.g., USAID, UN agencies).
  • Experience in working with diverse cultural contexts and in challenging environments.
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
