- Prepare comprehensive program reports for donors, headquarters, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and effective team environment, providing guidance and support to program staff.
- Represent the organization at relevant forums, meetings, and conferences.
- Master's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management within the international development or humanitarian aid sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of grant management cycles, including proposal development and donor reporting (e.g., USAID, UN agencies).
- Experience in working with diverse cultural contexts and in challenging environments.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other relevant languages is an asset.
