- Demonstrated expertise in advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
- Deep understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
- Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept to production, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineering staff.
