Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative specializing in oncology to join their expanding team. This is a critical, fully remote position where you will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative oncology treatments to healthcare professionals across your assigned territory. Leveraging advanced digital tools and communication strategies, you will build strong relationships with physicians, oncologists, and hospital administrators, ensuring they have the information needed to best serve their patients.

- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and scientific advancements in oncology.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory.
- Attend virtual medical conferences and educational events to enhance knowledge and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams to ensure aligned strategies and customer support.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the oncology therapeutic area.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual interactions.
- Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including treatment protocols and patient journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
