Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams remotely.
