This is a critical, fully remote contracting position that requires exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of installation and maintenance teams across various project sites. Your role will involve ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to safety protocols. You will act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, resolving logistical issues, managing spare parts inventory remotely, and facilitating communication between the field teams and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in operations management, logistics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of installation and maintenance processes.

- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance processes.
- Train and mentor new dispatchers or coordinators as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a coordination, dispatch, or operations management role, preferably within installation or maintenance services.
- Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of field service operations and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using field service management software or similar digital tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
