Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or a similar role, preferably with specialized industrial equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems common in industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems remotely.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
