- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning evaluation frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team of creative professionals.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex learning development projects.
- Proficiency in various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia development software.
