The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in industrial engineering principles, data analysis, simulation, and lean manufacturing methodologies, with a proven ability to drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction through remote collaboration.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing process optimization projects with quantifiable results.
- Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), CAD tools, and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
