- Lead and mentor a remote HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations.
- Utilize HR technology and analytics to optimize HR processes and decision-making.
- Champion employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on talent acquisition and development.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective recruitment and L&D strategies.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR technology.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, vital for remote management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing, distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
