Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and tourism sectors, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and government tourism bodies.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, service contracts, and other business deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create new service offerings that meet market demands.

- This is a 100% remote position , requiring excellent self-motivation, proactive communication, and the ability to conduct market research and build relationships virtually.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Extensive network of contacts within the hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, travel trends, and customer behavior.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales/business development tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required for specific opportunities.
