Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from initial client consultation to candidate placement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and hiring requirements.
- Network extensively within relevant industries to identify potential candidates and market intelligence.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and insights.
- Negotiate offer terms and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated on executive recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
- Represent the firm with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (researchers, support staff) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new client opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, retained recruiting, or senior-level talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior management and executive roles.
- Extensive network of contacts across various industries and functions.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple complex searches simultaneously, and deliver results in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives and clients.
- Discretion and a high level of confidentiality are essential.
- Experience in a remote consulting environment is a significant advantage.
