This fully remote position requires a visionary culinary expert who can conceptualize, design, and perfect innovative menus for various dining concepts without being physically present in a kitchen. You will work closely with our culinary teams, sourcing managers, and marketing departments to ensure that new dishes align with brand standards, cost-effectiveness, and emerging culinary trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful menu creations, an impeccable understanding of global cuisines, and a proven ability to translate creative ideas into scalable and profitable menu items. This role involves extensive research, trend analysis, recipe standardization, and detailed presentation of culinary concepts through virtual channels. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, develop, and refine innovative menus for diverse dining concepts, including fine dining, casual, and catering.
  • Conduct in-depth research on global culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Create detailed recipes, including precise measurements, preparation methods, and plating instructions.
  • Develop cost-effective menu solutions and analyze food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams remotely to ensure accurate execution of developed dishes.
