- Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and video conferencing tools.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
