Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Operations Coordinator, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
