Our client is seeking a creative and organized Remote Event Coordinator with expertise in planning and executing engaging virtual and hybrid events. This role is crucial for creating memorable experiences for our audiences, participants, and stakeholders, regardless of geographical location. As a fully remote position, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development and logistics coordination to execution and post-event analysis. Your ability to think innovatively and manage multiple priorities will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless participant experiences.
  • Source and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, AV providers, and other relevant vendors.
  • Develop event content, agendas, and speaker management plans.
  • Create and manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, troubleshooting issues in real-time.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for events.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses effectively.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person logistics for hybrid events.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including attendance metrics, engagement data, and key takeaways.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in virtual and hybrid event management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong focus on virtual and hybrid formats.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
