We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for retail and a proven ability to translate commercial objectives into effective online merchandising strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing online sales events and promotions, optimizing product category pages, analyzing competitor merchandising strategies, and managing product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life. You will also work on A/B testing different merchandising approaches to identify best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is required, coupled with substantial experience in e-commerce merchandising. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a must. Experience with product information management (PIM) systems is a plus.
