Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, volunteer management, or public relations, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in planning and executing virtual events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and online collaboration tools.
- A genuine passion for social causes and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional local languages are an asset.
